Karen House Updates

August is a hard month for us. Karen House could use help in these areas:

1.    Our cooks calendar is especially bare right now.

-  HOW IT WORKS: Call Karen House 621-4052 to sign up on our calendar. Cooks usually arrive at the house at 4:30pm, and cook a meal plan we've prepared with the food here, serving dinner at 6pm. Other groups bring the food they are using, while other groups cook at home, and bring the meal at 6pm.

2.  We could use donations:

- Our lawnmower broke, and we could use another one to mow our backyard.

-  Bags of ice

- Hygiene supplies:  toilet paper, deodorant, lotion, feminine hygiene products
